TOWSON, Md. – After scoring a late goal to force overtime, the Tigers (9-5-3, 3-4-3) came up short in their upset bid when senior forward Brian Cvilikas (Highlands Ranch H.S./Highlands Ranch, Col.) in the overtime period to lead 8th-ranked Old Dominion University (13-2-2, 8-1-1) to a 2-1 Colonial Athletic Association victory in a match played on the Tigers’ auxiliary field on Sunday afternoon. With the win, Old Dominion clinched the CAA regular season title and the top seed for next month’s CAA Tournament. The Monarchs will host the CAA Tournament on November 11-13.
